Whew! That was hard work.

Liam is TWO!

My baby is two years old today. He loves trains and is mildly obsessed with big yellow school buses. He adores his big brother, and they are good buddies. He is a rascal, but is so blasted cute that it is really hard to get mad at him! He loves to give hugs and make people laugh and smile, and he has a very tender heart.

I love my little Liam. He is such a blessing in our lives. When I say "I love Liam," people often laugh and say, "Everybody loves Liam." It just rolls off the tongue. And it's so true.

Read to me, Dad!

We were all chillin' on the nursery floor, when Liam decided to plunk on Christian's chest and request his favorite library book. Little stinker. Check out that face. So glad I had a camera handy. Haha.

He actually read the whole book like this. Impressive. Nothing like getting a little ab workout, some education about marine life, and quality time with the baby at the same time. Parenting is all about multi-tasking!

One of the biggest highlights of the summer? Liam had his very first beach experience. And ... he LOVED it! We practically had to drag him home at the end of the day. Looks like we will be driving out to VA Beach more often!

Liam loved the water, too. He spent a lot of time chasing the waves, but even more soaking in his own personal swimming pool. :)
